Classes are offered for every level.

 

REFORMER

Mondays, Thursdays
12pm – 12:45pm

Saturdays
11am – 11:45am

This class is for all levels. A full body workout using spring resistance to increase flexibility and strength. 

ADVANCED REFORMER

Tuesdays, Fridays
8am – 9am

Sundays
10am – 11am

Here we incorporate cardio intervals between rope exercises to help you build leaner muscles. This class is for those who have taken at least four sessions of Pull Your Weight I.

BOOTY SAMPLER WITH ARMS

Tuesdays, Thursdays
5pm – 6pm

Saturdays
9am – 10am

The class consists of a series of exercises which includes the jump board. The jumping will increase the booty burn between glute exercises. This is considered a partial jump class with Arms and Abs.

EXTREME BOOTY

Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays
1pm – 1:45pm

45 mins straight booty. Last 15 mins arms and abs.

 

CARDIO JUMP

Saturdays
10am – 11am

Sundays
11am – 12pm

Get a full body workout using the jump board. Main focus is cardio and booty with some abs and arms. Bands, weights and rings are often added to complete this series of jumping. If you like to kick butt this class is for you.

This is our favorite weekend activity. More than a class, our beginner obstacle course is designed to be fun! It’s like being back at summer camp without the drama.

COMBO CARDIO

Sundays
1pm – 2pm

This class combines the cardio jump with abs and arms. The class is done under disco lights to fast high pace music.

FOCUS STRETCHING

Tuesdays, Thursdays
9am – 10am

Sundays
12pm – 1pm

Great class for beginners. The class is for all levels. Classes are taught in a block system addressing the whole body. The class will bring mind body awareness in every exercise. There's no rush to perfecting each step. If you like to stay focus and work at a slower pace this is the perfect class.

LUNGES

Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays
9am – 10am

This class will be 45min of advanced lunges using the reformer and followed with an arm/ab workout. This class requires good balance.

ADVANCED LUNGES

Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays
5pm – 6pm

Everyone loves Lunges. This class will be 45min of lunges with arms and abs to follow. This class is advanced due to the balance requirement to stand on the equipment for lunging. 

Requested prerequisite would be to inquire with instructor prior to signing up if you have not done lunges before. There are no modifications for the lunges in this class.
